Jonathan Schantz is a senior leader in preclinical research operations with more than 30 years of experience across pharma, biotech, CROs, and academic institutions. He brings deep expertise in vivarium management, in vivo study execution, and regulatory compliance, including GLP, AAALAC, and IACUC frameworks.

Mr Schantz has led multi-site operations, scaled high-performing teams, and implemented standardized systems that improve study throughput, quality, and inspection readiness. His work spans PK/ADME, toxicology, surgical models, and complex preclinical programs.

At WWCA, he advises on operational diligence, CRO platform strategy, and value creation initiatives for life sciences investors and operators.
