Stuart Tolander is a commercial and analytics executive with a proven track record of building and scaling revenue for data-driven platforms serving institutional investors and enterprise clients. Mr Tolander brings deep expertise at the intersection of capital markets, AI-enabled analytics, and high-value enterprise sales.

Mr Tolander is currently Chief Revenue Officer at Speech Craft Analytics, where he leads commercialization of advanced AI-powered voice and behavioral analytics, translating complex signal detection into actionable enterprise and investor insights. He is also Co-Founder of KPT Labs, focused on developing next-generation point-of-care diagnostic platforms for the veterinary market.

Previously, Mr Tolander served as Vice President at S&P Capital IQ, where he helped build and scale quantamental investment solutions, growing product revenue to $4M within three years and driving significant pipeline expansion. Across earlier leadership roles, Mr Tolander consistently delivered top-tier sales performance, generating a substantial share of firm revenue and securing high-value, recurring enterprise contracts with leading hedge funds, asset managers, and financial institutions.

Mr Tolander has engaged extensively with buy-side and sell-side institutions, developing a strong understanding of how investors evaluate data, generate alpha, and adopt new technologies. His experience spans:
