Johannes Kehle, PhD is a globally experienced diagnostics and medtech executive specializing in platform commercialization, turnaround execution, and regulatory-driven value creation. He brings a strong track record of converting complex, high-risk development programs into market-ready, revenue-generating diagnostic platforms.

Dr. Kehle has held senior leadership roles across leading diagnostics organizations, including Quidel and Grifols, where he has led global teams spanning R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, and operations. He is particularly recognized for his ability to stabilize and relaunch delayed or underperforming platforms, driving them through regulatory approval and into successful global market introduction.

At Quidel, he played a key role in repositioning and delivering a next-generation molecular diagnostics platform, guiding it through regulatory clearance and commercialization in a multi-billion-dollar market segment. At Grifols, he contributes to the development and execution of strategically critical diagnostic platforms, supporting global expansion and long-term growth.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Kehle founded Andiatec GmbH, building a globally distributed diagnostics portfolio spanning more than 40 countries before achieving a successful strategic exit.
